Duty Officers:

Duty Officers are appointed by the Board of Directors, and must have the same training qualifications as an Evacuation or Shelter Leader. Duty Officers normally serve for a period of one week at a time, monitoring the Hot Line, responding to questions from members, the public and other Agency personnel. The Duty Officer is responsible for activating the NVADG Phone Tree should be we authorized to respond to an Incident. For additional information on Duty Officers see the SOG.
